New Project Director for Private Residence Club

Franz Starker joins Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort & Spa, Saint Lucia as the Project Director overseeing Sales and Marketing for the Private Residence Club. With over 11 years experience in the shared ownership industry, Starker applies solid expertise in relationship sales and strategic planning for the longevity of a shared ownership development project. Prior to joining Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort & Spa Starker was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Midlan International, a Resort Real Estate Corporation and Director of Sales for Driftwood WorldGate Resort. During his tenure at Driftwood WorldGate Resort in Kissimmee Florida he led a sales team of 40+ agents and quickly increased sales revenues by 65% in just four short months. He was also the Assistant Project Director for the Aruban Resort & Casino, Aruba and Director of in-house sales for Blue Water Resort, Nassau Bahamas. Starker will be an asset to the continued development and growth of Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort & Spa and he will devise new services the resort can offer to their clients.
