Our weekly Caribbean Extravaganza Night is the perfect combination of Caribbean International cuisine and exciting entertainment for the whole family! Dinner is set on the beach every Thursday evening between Embers and Jammers with seating capacity for 300 guests. A delicious dinner buffet is served from 6pm to 9:30pm with entertainment all night long!
Our buffet features a variety of appetizers ranging from salads, soups, slaws and pastas to our most delicious Caribbean inspired mains like plantains, rice & peas, grilled fresh fish, BBQ chicken, oxtail stew, lamb stew and many more options to get your taste buds tingling!!
Entertainment for the evening starts right at 6pm with a live DJ right on the beach followed by an EXPLOSION of Caribbean entertainment. Enjoy silver shadow soca dancers joined by dare devil performers in 12 feet high stilt walkers, limbo dancers (and guests can join too!), followed by one of the island’s most exciting fire shows! Our beach party night is an all time guest favourite at Windjammer, so get your dancing shoes ready and come join us on the beach!
