
Chef Munn has delighted such luminaries as the Honourable Sultan of Brunei, JFK Junior, Dick Clark, Prime Ministers, Presidents and High Chiefs of Pacific island nations with his cuisine before coming to St. Lucia. He has professionally trained with both European and Asian Chefs and spent 18 years at various hotels in the Pacific region. At Windjammer Landing, he adds his innovative flair to everything from seafood pizza at Papa Don’s to the West African Vegetable Stew served seaside at Jammer’s Bar and Grill. All are known for their fine ingredients, original flavours and eye-pleasing presentations.
