Later in the evening, enjoy a variety of island entertainment. A weekly Caribbean party brings an authentic Caribbean buffet along with St. Lucian bands and entertainers who amaze audiences with demonstrations of fire eating and limbo dancing and then reveal their secrets so the brave can join in.
