Windjammer Landing elevates resort dining with a personalized chef and server cooking within the guests’ villa or suite. For $150 plus tax, service charge and pricing of the food, a family can arrange through the resort’s Ambassadors to have a chef create a meal of their fantasies…whether it be ideas from Windjammer Landing’s famed Asian inspired Dragon Fly or something of their imagination.

Tuna Poke (pokay), Hawaiian style marinated tuna; Tempura Shrimp Cocktail or even a delectable assorted Sushi platter might be the first presentation. Dorado Dengaku; Miso glazed fillet in a Japanese stew; Bulgogi, Korean style barbecued beef; Teriyaki Tenderloin and Orange Tamarind Chicken may be their entrée.
