In the evening, at the romantic alfresco Upper Deck restaurant, seafood delicacies emerge from the kitchen. One of the Chef’s favourite creations, Catch a Fire, is a fresh fillet of fish, char-grilled with Caribbean “jerk” spices. Upper Deck also serves wonderful grilled steaks, kebabs and salads.
