Windjammer’s Junior Chef Paulyn Eugene Makes the Cut

On February 14th, the Hotel and Tourism Association announced the 2012 St. Lucia Culinary Team, and we are proud to say that our own junior chef, Paulyn Eugene, made the cut. More than 20 chefs competed in last week’s cook-off for one of the top eight spots on the team. A brief ceremony was held at the Auberge Seraphine Conference Room where the finalists were picked to represent St. Lucia.
We are extremely proud of Paulyn, and the entire Windjammer staff will be rooting for her during the Caribbean Culinary Competition this year to be held in Miami, June 20-24, 2012.
