Booking deposit: 3 nights of the total amount of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount is due 7 Days prior to arrival. For stays between December 19th 2025 - January 2nd 2026, 3 nights of the total amount of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount is due on October 1st 2025. Blackout dates apply and (December 19th, 2024 – January 2nd, 2025). Discounts vary per season and some room categories are excluded. An accommodation levy of $6USD will be assessed per guest (12 and up), per night. Certain seasonal menu items have a surcharge and are marked accordingly on our menus. Wines and Alcohol by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package. A supplementary charge may be applicable for top shelf spirit brands and premium wines by the glass. - For stays between January 3rd - December 18th: cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations 7 - 14 days prior to arrival, a 30% cancellation penalty applies. For cancellations within 7 days, 100% penalty applies.
- For stays between December 19th – January 2nd: cancel 90 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% total stay cancellation penalty; No shows included
