Please note the following terms and conditions effective April 17, 2026.
Deposit Policy
January 3 – December 18, 2026
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by October 1, 2026.
January 4 – December 18, 2027
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Summer 2026
Travel Dates: April 8 – December 18, 2026
Cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made 8–14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Festive 2026/2027
Travel Dates: December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027
Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation penalty for the total stay.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Winter 2027
Travel Dates: January 4 – March 31, 2027
Cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made 15–21 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Summer 2027
Travel Dates: April 1 – December 18, 2027
Cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made 8–14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- An accommodation levy of USD $6 per guest, per night will apply for guests aged 12 years and older.
- Certain seasonal menu items may incur an additional surcharge, as indicated on restaurant menus.
- Wines and alcoholic beverages by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package.
- Supplementary charges may apply to select premium spirits and wines by the glass.
- Children aged 11 years and under are required to order from the children’s menu in all restaurants.
