Deposit Policy
June 5 – December 18, 2026
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027 (Festive Season)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by October 1, 2026.
January 4 – March 31, 2027
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
April 1 – December 18, 2027
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
December 19, 2027 – January 3, 2028 (Festive Season)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by October 1, 2027.
Cancellation Policy
Summer 2026 & Summer 2027
Travel Dates: June 5 – August 14, 2026 and April 1 – August 14, 2027
Cancel 31 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
Cancel 15–30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancel within 14 days of arrival: 100% cancellation penalty.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Summer/Fall 2026 & Summer/Fall 2027
Travel Dates: August 15 – October 15, 2026 and August 15 – October 15, 2027
Cancel 22 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
Cancel within 21 days of arrival: 100% cancellation penalty.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Fall 2026 & Fall 2027
Travel Dates: October 16 – December 18, 2026 and October 16 – December 18, 2027
Cancel 31 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
Cancel 15–30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancel within 14 days of arrival: 100% cancellation penalty.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Winter 2027
Travel Dates: January 4 – March 31, 2027
Cancel 46 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
Cancel within 45 days of arrival: 100% cancellation penalty.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Festive Season 2026/2027
Travel Dates: December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027
Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty for the total stay.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
Festive Season 2027/2028
Travel Dates: December 19, 2027 – January 3, 2028
Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty for the total stay.
No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.

Additional Terms & Conditions
- An accommodation levy of USD $6 per guest, per night will apply for guests aged 12 years and older.
- A $10 Tray Charge will apply for all In-Room Dining Orders.
- Certain seasonal menu items may incur an additional surcharge, as indicated on restaurant menus.
- Wines and alcoholic beverages by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package.
- Supplementary charges may apply to select premium spirits and wines by the glass.
- Children aged 11 years and under are required to order from the children’s menu in all restaurants.
