Please note the following terms and conditions effective June 5th, 2026.
Deposit Policy
June 5 - December 18, 2026
50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027
50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due October 1, 2026
January 4 - March 31, 2027
50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
April 1 - December 18, 2027
50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
December 19, 2027 – January 3, 2028
50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due October 1, 2027
Cancellation Policy
Summer 2026
Travel Dates: June 6 – August 14, 2026
Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Summer/Fall 2026
Travel Dates: August 15 – October 15, 2026
Cancel up to 22 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Festive 2026/2027
Travel Dates: December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027
Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation penalty for the total stay.
Winter 2027
Travel Dates: January 4 – March 31, 2027
Cancel up to 46 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Summer 2027
Travel Dates: April 1 – August 14, 2027
Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Festive 2027
Travel Dates: December 19 – January 3, 2028
Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- An accommodation levy of USD $6 per guest, per night will apply for guests aged 12 years and older.
- A $10 Tray Charge will apply for all In-Room Dining Orders.
- Certain seasonal menu items may incur an additional surcharge, as indicated on restaurant menus.
- Wines and alcoholic beverages by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package.
- Supplementary charges may apply to select premium spirits and wines by the glass.
- Children aged 11 years and under are required to order from the children’s menu in all restaurants.
