Children are welcomed into their own world of wonder at Jacquot’s Kids Club, with treasure hunts, arts and crafts, sandcastle building and poolside games, while the whole family shares in the magic of the season: all aboard the Windjammer Polar Express, s’mores and ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas around the Christmas Eve bonfire, the arrival of Old Saint Nick on Christmas Day, and a children’s dinner and dazzling midnight fireworks at our New Year’s Eve Gala.

This offer is applicable to stays from December 19 through December 25, 2026. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by October 1, 2026. Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty, and no-shows are also subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
A $150 USD resort credit is offered per reservation with a minimum 5-night stay and may be used at the Spa, participating food and beverage outlets, or Jammin Tours. Discounts vary by season, and certain room categories may be excluded. An accommodation levy of $6 USD per guest, per night applies to guests 12 years and older.
Certain seasonal and specialty menu items may be subject to an additional charge and will be marked accordingly on the menus. Wines and alcoholic beverages by the bottle are not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package. Additional charges may also apply to top-shelf spirit brands, premium wines by the glass, and select specialty menu items. Children 11 years and under are required to order from each restaurant’s children’s menu.
For bookings subject to the standard cancellation policy, cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation penalty, while cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
